Welcome to the new school year! I
am Melanie Heil, the new School Counselor at Eisenhower. I am
available to help you and your children have a very successful
school year. As a counselor, my job is aimed at helping children
learn and develop to their highest potential. Some of the services I
can provide include: Large
group guidance in the areas of:
- test taking
- study skills
- goal setting
- bullying
- handling conflicts
- respect for one another and
manners
- improving the school
environment
I will also be coordinating:
- Testing
- Tribes
- Student of the Week

Red Ribbon Week
- Referrals to services in the
community
I will also be sending home a
parent and student survey so I can better assess the specific needs
at Eisenhower this year. If you have questions or wish to see me
