The school’s curriculum is enriched with cultural studies, and the student experience within the school benefits from extracurricular enrichment provided by activities like Junior Great Books, after-school beginning band, scouts, Student UN activities and school-wide family events.

 

After school student activities:

Student activities sponsored by the Eisenhower PTA:

  • All-School Jog-A-Thon

  • Jr. Great Books

  • Reflections

  • Summer Reading Program (partnership project with Tulsa City-County Library)

Student activities sponsored or supported by school staff:

  • Summer French Camp (fee-based)

  • Hispanic Festival Performance (for Spanish Immersion students)

  • Mardi Gras Festival (for French Immersion students)

  • Participation in all-city youth events:  jump rope competition, track meets, speech-arts contest, poster contests, etc.

  • Participation in Tulsa area 'RUNS'

  • School-based violin lessons

  • After-school beginning band

  • After-school ORFF instrumental group

  • KIDS WORLD (Every other year, in partnership with Tulsa Global Alliance)

Family activities:

  • Pizza/Bingo (PTA)

  • All-School Picnic

  • Student performances at school (twice a year)

  • Spring Fling (PTA)

  • World Bazaar:  A Cultural Studies Festival (Every other year)

 

Parent and/or Family Activities:
  • Fiestivale (annual fundraiser and silent auction)

  • PTA Parent/Child Programs
